Thank you for shopping with Access Transmitters Etc. This policy explains shipping costs and what to expect after you order.
Order processing
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Please contact sales@accesstransmitters.com before ordering if you need your order by a specific date.
Domestic shipping: United States
Our configured Standard shipping rates are weight-based:
- Standard: $6.90 USD for the configured weight range of 0–1 lb.
- Standard: $9.90 USD for the configured weight range of 1–5 lbs.
The applicable shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. The configured ranges meet at 1 lb; please use the options displayed at checkout for your order. “Standard” is the rate name, not a promise of a specific carrier service or delivery speed.
Delivery expectations
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control. Contact us before ordering to ask about delivery expectations for your destination.
International shipping
Our Rest of World shipping zone uses USPS carrier-calculated shipping rates. Available options and costs depend on your destination and shipment and are shown at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Canada customs, taxes and other applicable fees
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST, HST, PST, QST, RST, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier brokerage or handling fees. If taxes and import charges are calculated at checkout, they will not be due at delivery. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.
Oversized or uncertain shipments
For orders over 5 lbs, oversized items, or questions about shipping availability or charges, contact sales@accesstransmitters.com before ordering. Include the items, quantities, and destination so we can review shipping options.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.
Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.
Order changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
